Users performing exercises at home have no mechanism for knowing whether their form meets the biomechanical criteria that make the exercise therapeutic rather than harmful. Building a platform that bridges that gap requires solving problems in real-time pose validation, data privacy, cross-platform delivery, and subscription-based programme access that most fitness app frameworks do not address out of the box.

The brief required productising a validated AI proof of concept into a fully deployable, subscription-based mobile fitness platform. The finished system needed to deliver real-time pose correction on standard smartphones, support structured 12-week pelvic health programmes with group and subscription access controls, and give M2 Method's team complete independence to manage content, users, and programmes without developer involvement.

Key Outcomes

No single failure here was fatal on its own. Stacked together, they were. A driver who can't check availability arrives at a full lot. A driver who can't pay in advance queues at the barrier. A lot with no arrival record can't settle a dispute. An owner who can't list a space themselves waits on staff. And a business with no console can't see any of it happening. Every gap made the next one more expensive.

The client wasn't asking for a listings app with a payment button bolted on. They needed the whole operation to run on software: the driver's journey from search to departure, the owner's ability to put inventory on the platform without help, and their own ability to see and control all of it. Three audiences, one system, no manual bridge between them.

Key Outcomes

None of these problems were dramatic on their own. A duplicated call here, a stale price there. What made them expensive was how they fed each other — because listings lived in one place and enquiries in another, no agent could verify anything while standing in front of a client, so they guessed, and every guess created a correction somewhere downstream.

We were explicit with the client early on: layering software over the existing spreadsheet habits would just add a fourth place to look. The brief we agreed on was replacement. Everything an agent touches during a working day had to live in the new system by launch, or the old habits would survive alongside it and nothing would change.
