Senior AI Engineer & Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer & Technical Lead to join our AI engineering team and take ownership of the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered products and solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will work closely with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions while leading a team of AI/ML engineers and developers.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Machine Learning, NLP, and AI application development, along with the ability to manage projects and mentor engineers.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Technical Leadership

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions.

• Design and implement LLM-powered applications, AI agents, RAG systems, and intelligent automation solutions.

• Evaluate and select appropriate AI models, frameworks, APIs, and technologies.

• Develop production-ready AI systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.

• Establish coding, testing, documentation, and AI engineering best practices.

• Conduct technical reviews and provide architectural guidance to the engineering team.

Project & Team Leadership

• Lead a team of AI engineers, ML engineers, and developers across projects.

• Break project requirements into technical tasks, milestones, and deliverables.

• Assign work, track progress, identify technical risks, and ensure timely delivery.

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support their technical growth.

• Review code, architecture, and technical implementations.

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to manage project priorities and expectations.

Client & Solution Development

• Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, and technical discovery sessions.

• Convert business problems into practical AI-driven solutions.

• Prepare technical approaches, solution architectures, estimates, and project plans.

• Present AI solutions and technical recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to integrate them into client solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering, with significant hands-on AI experience.

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI agents.

• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar technologies.

• Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other modern LLM APIs.

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.

• Experience with APIs, microservices, and AI application architecture.

• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Strong Git and software development practices.

• Experience deploying AI solutions into production.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI Agents and Agentic Workflows.

• Experience with multi-agent systems.

• Experience with computer vision, NLP, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD.

• Experience with Kubernetes or cloud-native architectures.

• Familiarity with MLOps and model monitoring.

• Experience integrating AI into web or mobile applications.

• Experience working directly with international clients.

• Previous experience leading an AI engineering team.
